Vendor Information & Terms

Note: All vendors will be located in the lower gym.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 56th Annual MSU Billings Powwow. Please review the following vendor terms and requirements carefully before applying. Submission of an application indicates agreement with all terms listed below.

MSU Billings reserves the right to decline any vendor application if materials being sold are deemed inappropriate.

Vendor Fees & Space

Arts & Crafts Vendors

  • Non-refundable fee: $400.00

  • Includes one 10 ft x 10 ft booth space for two days

Information Booths (Non-Sales Only)

  • Non-refundable fee: $350.00

  • Includes one 10 ft x 10 ft booth space for two days

Late Fee

  • A $50.00 late fee will be added if the 50% application/payment is postmarked or received after Friday, March 20, 2026


Vendor Policies

  • Vendors may not sell food or refreshments.

  • Inappropriate items are not allowed, including:

    • Projectile toys (slingshots, toy guns, catapults, marshmallow guns)

    • Realistic or imitation weapons

    • Fake tobacco products (cigars, cigarettes, etc.)

  • Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited on ¾ÅÒ»Âé¶¹ÖÆÆ¬³§ campus.


Booth Setup & Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.

  • Security will be present; however, vendors are responsible for removing all money and valuables each night.

  • ¾ÅÒ»Âé¶¹ÖÆÆ¬³§ is not liable for theft, loss, damage, or personal injury.

  • Vendors agree to leave the space clean and in the same condition as received.

  • All trash, debris, and materials must be removed at the end of the event.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather, transportation issues, physical disability, or circumstances beyond ¾ÅÒ»Âé¶¹ÖÆÆ¬³§â€™s control.

  • If a vendor removes items from their booth during the rental period, the space is not forfeited unless notice is given to ¾ÅÒ»Âé¶¹ÖÆÆ¬³§.
